Led by Kiran, a holistic counsellor and complementary therapist, Change Work Therapies brings together integrative counselling, homoeopathy, kundalini yoga, sound healing and reiki to support you as a whole person — body, mind and spirit.
Kiran provides a holistic healing approach that equips individuals with practical and spiritual tools to navigate life's challenges and explore their lessons from a deeper perspective. Her passion for this work was born from her own transformative journey in 2008 — discovering through holistic healing a path to recovery, expansion and conscious leadership.
With a BA (Hons) in Integrative Counselling, Kundalini Yoga teacher training, and qualifications in Homoeopathy, Sound Healing and Reiki, Kiran brings a truly integrative approach to every session. Fluent in Punjabi and Hindi, she has extensive experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, from early childhood through to adulthood.

It varies from person to person. Some find a few sessions enough; others value longer-term support. There's never any obligation to continue — we review together as we go, always at your pace.
Of course. I ask for 24 hours' notice where possible so the time can be offered to someone else. Life happens though — just let me know and we'll find another time that works.
The clinic is a calm, private space that's easy to reach, with parking nearby. Full directions are shared when you book your appointment so your arrival is as smooth as possible.
